Acceptable but Not much More

These songs aren't too bad accept for a few. I don't like this version of "Bless the Broken Road," which is an over rated song to begin with. "Hoedown Throwdown" is one of the most annoying things Miley has ever done. I also think her atempt at a powerful balad like "The Climb" is hilarious. Her voice is not powerful or moving whatsoever.

Was this Miley's last kid attraction?

I loved this movie and all the songs that came along with it. My nieces are/were just utterly obsessed with Hannah Montana when this movie/soundtrack came out. I bought it for my niece's birthday and she would seriously just sing at the top of her lungs to all the songs, especially "the climb"..a song that in my opinion not only amuses the ears of children but adults also. Lately though and especially with her new steamy music video and also Britney look alike artwork cover its almost as though this CD was Miley's last under 12 approved music. I'm sure her new CD will be great and I'm glad Miley isn't trying to act the 12 year old girl role forever but it seems as though she might be loosing a big part of her audience. I'm sure her new CD will be great and climb the charts (no pun intended) but it seems as though it will attract older girls and older audiences..some who have already grown up with her but audiences like my niece's who aren't even 10 yet may be left behind. Daughter loves the music

My daughter just recently got into Hannah Montana music and she loves this cd. Her dance class is performing to one of the songs on the cd so she loves to practice her dance moves at home. There are some catchy songs that I find myself dancing to as well.
